Ana holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Córdoba, with additional studies at Wageningen University and the General Management Program (PDG) at IESE Business School.
She has over twenty years of experience in senior leadership roles within the agri-food and supply chain sectors, including companies such as Guzmán Gastronomía/Bidfood, Cutting’s and Eurobanan. She has deep expertise in the fresh produce and horticultural industries, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the entire value chain: production, sourcing, processing, marketing and distribution.
Over the past six years, she has been a Partner at Villarroel & Hunter, working on executive search and strategic consulting projects for companies in Spain and across Europe, while also gaining exposure to additional industrial sectors.
She collaborates regularly with universities and social organizations.
She speaks Spanish and English.
Carlos holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad San Pablo CEU, a PDG from Insead Business School (France) and a Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing Management from ESIC.
He completed his training with Leadership Programs at Center for Creative Leadership (Brussels) and Soil (New Delhi), coaching (CTI London) and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
He has more than 15 years of experience in management positions, both in Spain and at European and global level, in companies such as Siemens, CHEP/Brambles or ThinkTextil.
In the last five years, as a Partner of Villarroel & Hunter, he has provided differential value in executive search and talent acquisition for some of the most important companies in the world.
Passionate about people, innovation and sustainability, he teaches at several MBAs and is a member of the Unlimited Circle.
